Fox News host Tucker Carlson would not seem like patching issues up with former President Donald Trump but.

During a March 11 episode of the “Full Send Podcast,” host Kyle Forgeard requested Carlson a few declare Trump made earlier this month that he might end the Ukraine battle if re-elected president in 2024. 

“I mean, he couldn’t build a border wall in four years,” Carlson said. “So, you know there is a gap between promises and delivery with all politicians, very much including him.”

There is not any proof that Trump has been recognized with autism. A spokesman for Trump didn’t instantly reply to Insider’s request for remark.

Carlson was commenting on Trump’s declare at CPAC that he might clear up the Ukraine battle within a day. 

“I will prevent — and every easily — World War Three,” Trump said at CPAC on March 4. “Before I even arrive at the Oval Office, I will have the disastrous war between Russia and Ukraine settled. It will be settled quickly.” 

Carlson’s feedback come days after texts he despatched to an unnamed confidant have been released as a part of Dominion Voting Systems’ proof in its $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News.

In these texts, Carlson gloated about not having to cowl Trump after the election.

“I hate him passionately,” Carlson said of Trump in a textual content message despatched on January 4, 2021, two days before the Capitol riot. He also said he “truly can’t wait” to not have to speak about Trump on-air. 

For his half, Trump claimed triumphantly on Truth Social on Sunday that he thinks Carlson “doesn’t hate” him anymore.

Representatives for Carlson at Fox News didn’t instantly reply to Insider’s request for remark outdoors common enterprise hours.
